Bio

Andrew is a Principal at Insight Equity. Prior to joining Insight Equity, Andrew was an Associate at Harren Equity Partners, a private equity firm with approximately $250 million under management. While at Harren, Andrew was involved in all aspects of deal sourcing, evaluation and execution as well as portfolio company management. Previously, Andrew was as an investment banking Analyst in the industrial group of Deutsche Bank Securities in New York. Andrew received an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. While at Kellogg, Andrew was a Summer Associate at Wind Point Partners, a private equity firm with approximately $2 billion under management, where he assisted with the acquisition of an industrial gas container manufacturer. He also graduated from the University of North Carolina where he received a BSBA with Distinction. Andrew currently serves on the Board of the general partner for American Civil Constructors and Panolam.
