Through his 17 years of experience in private equity, Franck has managed the transmission and development of many benchmark companies in their respective sector, specifically with the result of build-up transactions and strategic alliances. Franck initiated and developed the capital investment activity of an industrial holding company before joining a midcap fund as part of its build-up strategy. He was graduated from the IAE Montpellier and The Business Law Institute Aix en Provence.
