Philippe Dilasser Bio

Philippe started at Initiative & Finance in 2008 as an analyst, after a first experience at Capza. Since January 2021, he has been a Partner, based in Paris. He was involved in the purchase of a minority stake in Vivacy, a laboratory specializing in injectable medical devices, in the spin-off of Dagard, Europe’s leading independent manufacturer of insulating sandwich panels, in the OBO of Primelis, a search markting agency, and in the MBO of Grandir Nature, which takes care of breastfeeding mothers in their projects. Philippe has a Master’s degree in corporate finance and financial engineering from Paris Dauphine University.
