Dan joined Infinedi in May 2022. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at Sunrise Strategic Partners, a consumer-focused growth equity firm with over $400 million AUM and committed capital, from 2018 through 2022. He was involved in structuring equity investments, portfolio monitoring, and all aspects of due diligence for new investments and existing portfolio companies. Prior to Sunrise Strategic Partners, Dan was an investment banking analyst with J.P. Morgan, where he completed various M&A transactions, including Bai’s sale to Dr. Pepper Snapple Group and Bunge’s acquisition of a majority interest in IOI Loders Croklaan, as well as capital raising assignments across the debt and equity capital markets.
