Mr. Lee is a Director focused on Industry Capital's real estate platforms. Prior to joining Industry Capital, he was a Director at iCap Investment Management and a Managing Director at Crystal River Group where he provided investment advisory services to non-US institutions and HNWIs focusing on real estate and renewable energy transactions in the US. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President at WNW Capital, a $300mm private investment company where he focused on real estate, private equity and algorithmic trading. Mr. Lee began his career at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Lee holds a BA from the University of Chicago and an MS from New York University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
