Mr. Fernandez joined IGP in 2010 from Merrill Lynch & Co.’s Global Technology Investment Banking group. At Merrill Lynch, Mr. Fernandez focused on mergers & acquisitions, debt, equity and convertible security financings for global technology clients including EMC Corp., BMC Software, Salesforce.com, and Hitachi Global Storage Technologies. Mr. Fernandez spends the majority of his time at IGP on investment identification and execution as well as portfolio management activities, and has been involved in IGP platform investments including Ideal Clamp Products, Inc., Cambridge International, Inc., Integrated Polymer Solutions, Grakon, FMH Aerospace Corp., SPL Holdings Corp., and the Redco Group. Mr. Fernandez currently serves as a director on the boards of SPL, Integrated Polymer Solutions, and the Redco Group. Mr. Fernandez received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, summa cum laude, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
