Mr. Heglie joined IGP in 2000 and has over 21 years of experience in private equity and mergers & acquisitions focused on lower-middle market industrial companies. Mr. Heglie, along with the other Managing Principals, shares responsibility for all major aspects of firm management and IGP’s investment process, including sourcing, evaluating and executing new investments as well as monitoring existing investments and managing portfolio divestitures. Prior to joining IGP, Mr. Heglie spent four years with Jefferies & Company, Inc., a full-service investment bank focused on lower-middle market industrial companies. Mr. Heglie received his Masters of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Heglie currently serves, or has served, as a director of Associated Chemists, Inc., Atlas Materials Testing Corporation, Breeze Industrial Products Corporation, Cambridge International, Inc., Climax Portable Machine Tools, Inc., Consolidated Precision Products, Inc., Global Power Systems, LLC, Group360, Inc., Microporous Products, L.P., North American Substation Services, Royal Precision Holdings Corp., Seaboard International, Inc., SPL Holdings Corp., Q Holdings, The TASI Group, Inc., and Xaloy, Inc.
