Bio

Mr. Delaney joined IGP in 2007 and has 17 years of experience in private equity and mergers & acquisitions primarily focused on the industrial and energy-related markets. Mr. Delaney, along with the other Managing Principals, shares responsibility for all major aspects of firm management and IGP’s investment process, including sourcing, evaluating and executing new investments as well as monitoring existing investments and managing portfolio divestitures. Mr. Delaney joined from Glencoe Capital, LLC, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where he was a Vice President focused on late-stage buyouts in the industrial, energy and consumer industries. Prior to joining Glencoe, Mr. Delaney worked in the investment banking group at A.G. Edwards, Inc. Mr. Delaney received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California Polytechnic State University and his Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Operations and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Beta Gamma Sigma, and with Honors. Mr. Delaney currently serves, or has served, as a director of Cambridge International, Inc., Controls Southeast, Inc., Des-Case Corporation, Electric Power Systems, Ideal Clamp Products, Inc., Integrated Global Services, Inc., IOTA Engineering, Inc., North American Substation Services, the Redco Group, and Seaboard International, Inc.
