Bio

Mr. Johnson joined IGP in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer and has 22 years of experience in private equity and financing for lower middle-market companies. Prior to joining IGP, Mr. Johnson spent 11 years with Pantheon Ventures, where he was a Managing Director involved in the firm’s primary fund, co-investment and secondary investment activities, served on the U.S. Regional Investment Committee, and represented the firm on several advisory boards. Prior to Pantheon, Mr. Johnson held private equity investment roles with the University of California Regents and One Equity Partners after starting his career in middle market lending roles at American National Bank and First Chicago. Mr. Johnson received a Master of Business Administration degree with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
