Marc A. Gineris is the Managing General Partner and Founder of Incyte Capital Holdings LLC and its various predecessor affiliates. Marc has led Incyte’s investment activities for the past 15 years. Prior to founding Incyte in early 2000, Marc was a Managing Director and the head of investment banking divisions of several major Wall Street firms in New York and San Francisco. Marc has 18 years prior investment banking experience, ultimately having led a corporate finance bankruptcy and reorganization group at Deutsche Bank and Alex. Brown and Sons Incorporated. Marc began his career in finance over 34 years ago as an investment banking analyst directly out of college in the corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions departments with Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated in New York. Marc has over 30 years experience in raising capital for, investing in and working closely with the senior management of middle market companies. He has completed hundreds of successful middle market investment or sale transactions during his career and is a recognized expert in the areas of valuation, financial restructuring, and capital structure funding. Marc also has operational experience and has acted as Chief Executive Officer, President or Chief Restructuring Officer in a number of rebalancing initiatives for Incyte’s portfolio companies. Marc graduated from Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts in 1985 and from Pomona College in Claremont, California in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts with honors.
