Tom Ritchie, Partner, joined Incline in 2018. He is responsible for all aspects of investment management including sourcing and executing new investments as well as managing the portfolio. Tom is also responsible for management of the firm’s New York office. Prior to joining Incline, Tom was a Managing Director and partner at CI Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm. Tom joined CI in 2004 from UBS Investment Bank, where he was an Associate Director responsible for arranging debt financing for leveraged buyouts. Previously Tom was a Management Associate at the Oncology Therapeutics Network, a venture-backed pharmaceutical distributor. Tom earned an AB from Princeton University and a JD/MBA from the University of Virginia School of Law and the Darden Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Tom serves as a director of Wholesale Supplies Plus, BFG Supply and ASP Global.
