Bio

Deanna (“Dee”) B. Barry, Partner, CFO, joined Incline in April 2012. She is responsible for the firm’s accounting, tax, valuation and financial reporting functions. Previously, Dee was Chief Financial Officer of PNC Equity Management Corp. Prior to PNC, Dee was an Assistant Vice President within PNC Bank’s SEC reporting group and an audit supervisor at KPMG. Dee received a B.S. degree in Business Administration with highest honors from Duquesne University. She enjoys visiting Jess at Lehigh University and spending time with Jess when she is home from college. She is Ryan’s biggest fan and has a great time watching him play lacrosse and run cross country.
