Brad Philips, Vice President, joined Incline in June 2017. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and monitoring investments made by the firm. Previously, Brad was a Strategy + M&A Manager at The Heritage Group. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate at LaSalle Capital where he focused on evaluating, executing and monitoring business services investments. Brad began his career in investment banking at William Blair. Brad received a B.A. in Psychology from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He currently serves as a director of Fond du Lac Cold Storage and has portfolio coverage of Midwest Industrial Rubber, Inc., Ned Stevens and Premium Franchise Brands. Brad loves spending time with his growing family, is passionate about sports (especially all things Northwestern) and attempts to stay in shape.
