As Managing Director, Head of Investment Strategy, Sustainability and Asset Management, Polina provides strategic guidance, oversight, and support to the Investments leadership team, centrally focused on asset management, articulation and execution of investment strategies, and the Responsible Investing strategy and integration. Polina joined IMCO in 2020 as the Head of Infrastructure Funds and Asset Management. Polina has over 20 years of principal investing, advisory and asset management experience. Previously, she was a Managing Director at CPP Investments with the global Portfolio Value Creation team where she was responsible for identifying and realizing value creation opportunities across the firm's infrastructure, natural resources, private equity, and real estate programs as well as leading governance and human capital topic areas. Prior to CPP Investments, Polina was a Partner with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in San Francisco, Boston, and Toronto, where she provided strategic, growth, restructuring and cost efficiency advice to some of the world's leading companies. Polina holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an ICD.D designation.
