Bio

Pieke Hendriks joined IK Partners in 2021 and is an Associate Director within the Operations Team based in Paris. A key focus of his role is on digital excellence and technology transformation across the Firm’s portfolio companies. Using his strong international experience, Pieke will be supporting portfolio companies in France, UK and Benelux. Prior to joining IK Partners, Pieke worked at McKinsey focusing on Digital Strategy. Before this, he spent over 15 years at technology companies, including Accenture and IBM where he led digital strategy projects and large-scale technology transformations with teams of up to 50. Pieke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Systems Engineering; both from Eindhoven University of Technology Outside of work, Pieke enjoys kitesurfing and running. Pieke is fluent in Dutch, English, French and German.
