Bio

Gustav Nilsson joined IK Partners in 2020 and is a Director within the Operations Team in Stockholm. He has extensive experience in private equity and business performance improvement. Prior to working at IK Partners, Gustav held the role of Commercial Director at Arriva Sweden. Before this, he was Head of Programme Management at Ahlsell Group after spending over a decade in consultancy, split between L.E.K Consulting and the Boston Consulting Group. He holds a MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and a CEMS MIM from Universität St. Gallen. Outside of work, Gustav enjoys cooking, art and the outdoors. He is a native Swedish speaker, also fluent in English and proficient in Danish, Norwegian and German.
