Bio

Caroline Le Hen joined IK Partners in 2013 and is an Associate Director within the Small Cap Team, based in Paris. She specialises in the Industrials sector and since joining, has worked hard across a range of transactions in France both in the Mid Cap and Small Cap Teams. Prior to joining IK Partners, Caroline gained experience completing internships at Five Arrows Principal Investment, Credit Agricole CIB. She graduated from ESCP Business School Europe with an MSc in Management. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys French music and is a true foodie. She is a native French speaker, also proficient in English.
