Bio

Axel Hagelsteen joined IK Partners in 2020 and is an Associate Director within the Operations Team, based in Paris. He has extensive transformational experience and specialises in the Business Services sector. Prior to joining IK Partners, Axel held a role as Project Director for Strategy and Transformation at Sysco Europe. Prior to this, he worked as an independent consultant focusing on change programs and spent six years as a consultant with L.E.K. Consulting. Axel holds a MSc in Management from ESSEC Paris. Outside of work, Axel enjoys music. He is a native French speaker, fluent in English and Spanish.
