Rafael Machado Bio

Rafael Machado is a Principal at IG4 Capital and currently CFO at Adelco, an IG4 Capital portfolio company. Prior to joining IG4, he was an Analyst at RK Partners, an advisory firm specializing in debt restructuring and operational turnarounds (2015-2017). Prior to that, Rafael was an Engineering Trainee at Caterpillar Inc. (2013-2014), participating in cost efficiency projects. He was also a Summer Trainee at Itaú BBA, conducting projects within the Corporate Banking Division. Rafael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and studied Finance and Business at Missouri University of Science and Technology and Polytechnic University of Madrid, as part of the Engineering degree.
