Felipe Fingerl is a Co-Founder, Managing Partner and Risk Officer at IG4 Capital. He is currently serving as CFO of Iguá Saneamento S.A. Prior to founding IG4, Felipe was a Director at RK Partners, an advisory firm specialized in debt restructuring and operational turnarounds, where he analyzed investment opportunities (2016-2017). Prior to RK, he was an Associate at GP Investments (2012-2016), conducting analyses for investments in the infrastructure and telecom sectors. Before joining GP Investments, Felipe was part of the Latin America Equity Capital Markets division of J.P. Morgan in Brazil and NY. Prior to that, he was part of the Investment Banking team at Banco Modal, where he participated in M&A and capital markets transactions. Felipe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
