Bio

David is a Director and joined the team in 2015 as an Associate. David has over ten years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, David practised as a corporate lawyer with Herbert Smith Freehills where he specialised in private equity and domestic and cross border M&A transactions. David is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (University of Warwick) and a post-graduate diploma in Law (LLM).
