Naz is iCON’s Head of Human Resources and joined the team in 2022. Naz has over 20 years of professional experience. Prior to iCON, Naz was the International Head of Human Resources at HPS Investment Partners and also Human Resources Director and Head of Talent for Bridgepoint. Naz is primarily responsible for delivering iCON’s people strategy and advising portfolio companies on strategic people matters. Naz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (University of Birmingham) and a Master’s degree in Human Resources (London South Bank University).
