Bio

Charles is iCON’s Head of ESG and Safety and joined the team in 2022. Charles has 30 years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, Charles held various leadership positions within industry including at WSP where he was a Technical Director and at DP World where he was the Global Environmental Manager. Charles is primarily responsible for ensuring ESG aspects are integrated into iCON’s investment process and asset oversight activities. Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography (University of Birmingham) and a Master’s degree in Marine Resource Management (Heriot-Watt University).
