Caroline is iCON’s Head of Compliance and joined the team in 2019. Caroline has over twelve years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, Caroline worked for Octopus Capital, advising the institutional businesses on compliance. Caroline is primarily responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing iCON’s systems and controls to ensure compliance with FCA and SEC regulations. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Mental Philosophy (University of Edinburgh) and was called to the Bar in 2010.
