Bio

Rushank has 12 years of experience in private equity investing. He joined ICICI Venture in 2007 and has successfully led investments and exits in pharma, healthcare and logistics sectors. Prior to joining ICICI Venture, he was with the Corporate Finance Group at Aditya Birla Management Corporation Limited (ABMCL), the apex decision making body of the Aditya Birla Group. At ABMCL he was focused on sourcing and evaluation of M&A and large organic projects in chemicals, textiles, mining and metals. He was also part of the team to roll out the Economic Value Added (EVA) framework across the Group. Prior to this, he worked with Pfizer India for 2 years as part of the strategic planning and business development department focused on sourcing and evaluating M&A opportunities and strategic marketing tie-ups. Rushank is a Chartered Accountant.
