Richa Sengar joined ICICI Venture in February 2021 as Head – Human Resources. Prior to joining ICICI Venture, Richa worked with ICICI Bank for 15 years in the HR function. During her stint at ICICI Bank she has worked across the breadth of businesses spanning Retail, Rural, Corporate Banking, Treasury, Proprietary Trading, Customer Service and Infrastructure Management. With over 18 years of experience as a Human Resource professional, she has diverse experience across various facets of Human Resources. She has extensively contributed in setting up processes and policies in the areas of Business HR, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Recruitment and Capability Building. She has also been responsible for various organisational design initiatives at the Bank and developing interventions for change management which has been a significant enabler in helping business deliver in its vision. Prior to joining ICICI Bank she has worked with Blue Star Ltd. in the Corporate HR profile. Richa completed her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University in 1999. She went on to receive her Masters in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai in 2002.
