Lacey joined Hunter Trust in 2009 to manage its private equity portfolio, including direct investments in the lower middle market and search funds. She oversees the sourcing, assessment, and management of new investment opportunities with an emphasis on search funds. She is an active board member for several portfolio companies across a diverse range of industries and leads the firm’s operating partner program. Prior to joining Hunter Trust, Lacey provided financial consulting services to health care start-ups and wrote search fund-oriented cases for the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Before that, she was a health care investment banker at Deutsche Bank with an emphasis on M&A in healthcare services. Lacey received a BA with Honors from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Lacey resides with her family in Park City, Utah.
