Bio

Dan joined Humphrey Enterprises as a Principal in 2003. Prior to joining Humphrey Enterprises, Dan served as Senior Vice President, Planning & Operations for FT Knowledge Holdings, Inc. - a unit of Pearson PLC. Prior to this role, Dan served several years as Chief Financial Officer for The Forum Corporation, a privately-held training company that was sold to Pearson Plc in July 2000. Before Forum, Dan worked as a senior finance professional in the corporate finance and M&A departments with Quebecor Printing, a multi-billion dollar, publicly traded unit of Quebecor, Inc, and Laura Ashley, N.A., a global retail operation. Dan's leadership experience includes the management and execution of over $1 billion worth of acquisition and merger transactions, on both the buy and sell side, and he has had broad success in building and managing corporate finance operations in a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, and training. Dan graduated as a Palmer Scholar from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his MBA, with Distinction, in Finance. He also holds a B.S. in Finance from Providence College.
