Mr. Arsenault brings 20 years of accounting and finance leadership experience to Hull Street Energy, primarily in private equity and asset management. Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, he spent 10 years at the Carlyle Group, in progressive leadership roles including the firm’s Corporate Tax Controller. In this position, he led the firm-wide effort in2020 to convert Carlyle from a publicly traded partnership to a corporation. He also served as Fund Controller over Carlyle’s Private Equity Americas funds, a position responsible for 21 funds and $30billion in assets under management. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Arsenault held several roles at Fannie Mae including Chief Financial Officer of the firm’s Pricing and Underwriting business. He began his career with KPMG in their assurance practice and focused on financial services clients. Mr. Arsenault received his B.S. and M.S.A. from Babson College and is a licensed CPA in Virginia.
