Wendy Wong-Tsang is a Partner and Chief Compliance Officer at Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. Most recently, Ms. Wong-Tsang was a Senior Vice President at TCW Group, a global and diversified asset manager with a platform of alternative investment strategies, where she was responsible for compliance of the firm’s affiliated investment advisers with a focus on policies and procedures, testing the compliance program under Rule 206(4)-7 and the Anti-Money Laundering Program. Prior to TCW Group, Ms. Wong-Tsang was the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Caxton Associates LP, a multi-billion dollar global macro investment firm, where she was responsible for the day-to-day compliance program. Prior to that, Ms. Wong-Tsang held various compliance positions at Perella Weinberg Partners, Nomura Asset Management, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Ms. Wong-Tsang graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Arts and holds a Master of Business Administration from Saint Peter’s University.
