Richard M. Lemanski is a Managing Director at Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. with primary responsibilities in Corporate Operations for the firm. Most recently, Mr. Lemanski was the Chief Financial Officer of Northern Shipping Fund Management LLC until the firm was acquired by Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. in 2022. Prior to Northern Shipping Fund Management LLC, Mr. Lemanski held positions at Canberra Industries, Universal Maritime, Eastwind Maritime, and Stolt-Nielsen. Mr. Lemanski began his career as an analyst and project manager at Accenture. Mr. Lemanski holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.
