Prior to founding Hudson Hill Capital, Eric J. Rosen, led the team responsible for MSD Capital LP’s private equity investment activities. MSD Capital LP is the private investment firm established to exclusively manage the capital of Michael S. Dell and his family. Before joining MSD, Rosen was a Partner and ran the New York office of Onex Corporation, a diversified holding company and investment firm. Prior to Onex, he was a member of the M&A and merchant banking groups of Kidder, Peabody & Co. He received a BS in economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Rosen is currently Chairman of the Board of Fusion Transport, LLC. Amongst numerous other board leadership roles over his career, Rosen was on the Boards of OneWest Bank, a full-service banking institution chartered by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency; ValleyCrest, the largest landscaping services company; and LSG SkyChefs, the world's largest provider of airline catering and in-flight services. Additionally, he was Chairman of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Trust; is a current member of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer of the Jewish Theological Seminary; and on the Board of New Alternatives for Children, a New York City-based nonprofit agency serving children with medical disabilities and/or chronic illnesses and their families.
