Dean Pernisie is a Partner at Hudson Ferry Capital where he focuses on sourcing, structuring and creating value in private equity investments. In the 18 years prior to joining Hudson Ferry, Mr. Pernisie has closed over 30 platform investments across industrial, healthcare and consumer sectors working with Gemini Investors, Asydan Capital Management and VSS Capital Partners. Previously, Mr. Pernisie was a consultant at IGS, serving private equity and corporate clients. Throughout his investing career, Mr. Pernisie has served on the boards of numerous privately held businesses. As a member of the Management & Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Pernisie earned both a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and a BS in Economics (Wharton)
