Bio

Bruce B. Robertson, Jr. is a Partner at Hudson Ferry Capital where he focuses on sourcing, structuring and creating value in private equity investments. Mr. Robertson is a member of the Board of Directors of Laguna Tools, Tri-W, Soft-Tex, MeTEOR Education and ALCOM and was formerly on the Board of ASAP Industries. Prior to co-founding Hudson Ferry Capital, Mr. Robertson spent over 20 years in senior positions at GE Capital, Heller Financial and Bank of Scotland providing capital to middle market and lower middle market companies, most of which were undergoing a change of control. During his career, Mr. Robertson closed in excess of $3.0 billion of committed financing to over 100 middle market companies participating in industries such as equipment rental, consumer products, building products, manufacturing and distribution. Mr. Robertson received an MBA from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA in Economics, cum laude, from State University of New York at Oswego.
