Mr. Moock since October 2005: Managing Director of Equita. He has been active since 1998 in the private equity business, first as director of The Carlyle Group and then as a partner at EQT Partners where he was responsible for the establishment and successful development of the German subsidiary in Munich. In the years 1996 to 1998, Mr. Moock CEO of Falk Verlag AG. Before that he was from 1993 to 1996 served as CFO of Bertelsmann Professional Information. During this time, under his leadership, 12 publishers acquired a number of European origin. In the years 1990 to 1993 Hans J. Moock worked as director of the Trust Agency. Previously, he spent 9 years in strategy consulting as a partner at LEK Consulting (1984-90) and associate with Bain (1981-82), both in Munich and London. Mr. Moock has a diploma in business administration from the University of Saarbruecken and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.
