Mr. Dorenfeld is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2015, Mr. Dorenfeld spent ten years in the Power & Utilities Investment Banking Group at Citigroup. In this role, Mr. Dorenfeld focused on advising power companies on strategic initiatives, including structured debt and equity transactions in support of power generation development and acquisitions. Mr. Dorenfeld is a CFA charterholder and holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
