Mr. Seidman is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2021, Mr. Seidman was a Director on the Corporate Credit Investment Team at Guggenheim Partners where he focused on origination, structuring and execution of direct loans across the debt capital structure. Prior to Guggenheim, Mr. Seidman was a Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management, where he sourced and executed mezzanine and direct lending investments. Prior to Oaktree, Mr. Seidman was an Associate at Bear, Stearns & Co. on the Leverage Finance Investment Banking Team. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Seidman was an Analyst at Commerce Capital Markets. Mr. Seidman began his career at CitiCapital Commercial Corporation. Mr. Seidman holds a BS in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
