Mr. Dhakad is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2018, Mr. Dhakad served as a Partner and Head of Global Client Relations at MKP Capital Management (“MKP”), where he was responsible for managing the firm’s client and consultant relationships. Prior to joining MKP, Mr. Dhakad was a Senior Vice President and Head of Manager Due Diligence at Lehman Brothers, where he oversaw hedge fund manager due diligence. Prior to that, Mr. Dhakad was a Co-Founder and Co-Portfolio Manager at ING Furman Selz Asset Management. Mr. Dhakad began his career in JPMorgan, where he held various roles. Mr. Dhakad is a CFA charterholder and holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce.
