Ruslan Furtas joined the team in March 2012 and brings his consulting experience in the consumer and B2B sectors to Horizon Capital. Mr. Furtas holds an MBA from the New Mexico State University (USA) as an Edmund S. Muskie Fellow. He also holds a Diploma in International Business from National University Lviv Polytechnic (Ukraine).
