Konstantin Magaletskyi joined Horizon Capital in April 2009, bringing five years of local and international experience in management consulting and over two years of financial management experience in the Ukrainian industrial and consumer sectors. Mr. Magaletskyi holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business (USA) and a M.A. degree in Economic Cybernetics from Kyiv National University of Economics (Ukraine). He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Accounting Practitioner (CAP), and SAP Certified Financial Consultant.
