Bio

Dmytro Zabigaylo is General Counsel at Horizon Capital and serves as Country Manager for Ukraine. He joined WNISEF in 2000 as Legal Counsel and has been a valuable member of the team for nearly 18 years. Dmytro has previous work experience with a leading Ukrainian law firm and with a number of commercial entities, where he served as head of the legal department. Dmytro Zabigaylo received his Bachelor Degree in Political Sciences from Illinois Wesleyan University (USA) and his Master’s Degree in Law as well as Master’s Degree in International Economics from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University (Ukraine). Mr. Zabigaylo is a member of various committees of the American Chamber of Commerce and the European Business Association in Ukraine as well as of other legal public organizations.
