William R. Colaianni has over 25 years in private equity investing and management experience. Mr. Colaianni joined Holding Capital Group in 1994. Prior to joining HCG, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of Adidas USA, and President of their subsidiary Pony Sports and Leisure, Inc. Prior to his eight years with Adidas, Mr. Colaiani was with Bankers Trust Company for thirteen years – his last position as head of the Asset Based Lending Group in New York. On graduation from the City College of New York with a Bachelor of Arts degree, he joined the United States military and served as an officer in the Army. Upon returning from overseas, Mr. Colaiani was recruited by Bankers Trust Company into their training program.
