As Investment Director, Mr. Marc Reiner accompanies all companies from the due diligence phase to the integration and exit phase. Mr. Marc Reiner acts partly as interim CFO at newly acquired companies. Before joining Hohnhaus & Jansenberger, Mr. Reiner worked as an investment professional for two medium-sized private equity firms. He is an expert in corporate analysis, valuation and due diligence.
