Ryan’s primary responsibility as principal within the Sourcing Team is managing business development and deal sourcing efforts. This includes initial evaluation of acquisition opportunities and coordination of the deal flow process. He spends most of his time meeting with investment bankers, other intermediaries, and business owners throughout North America. Ryan’s focus is on sourcing opportunities across all of HKW’s strategies; Business Services, Health & Wellness, and Technology/Software sectors. Prior to joining HKW, Ryan worked as an investment banker in municipal finance for Mesirow Financial and also Jefferies LLC. Ryan’s affiliations include Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School Alumni Board and Happy Hollow Children’s Camp. Ryan lives in Indianapolis, IN with his wife Alison, their two daughters, and miniature schnoodle. Outside the office, Ryan enjoys golf and travel.
