Cédric began his career at Lazard Bank. He then joined the Qualium investment fund (formerly CDC Capital Investissement) in 2005. Prior to founding Hivest Capital Partners, Cédric worked from 2008 to 2016 in the Paris office of HIG Capital as Principal and Sector Head Consumer & Retail. for Europe. Cédric is a graduate of ESCP Europe (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris).
