Hilde Søraas Hansen assumed the position as HR Director with HitecVision in 2008. She joined from Manpower Professional Executive in Stavanger, where she was Regional Manager. Her 10 years of work experience at Manpower includes executive search and recruiting, external consultancy services on staff competence and development as well as internal personnel management and marketing. Prior to this she worked three years as a sales consultant. Hilde holds a degree in international marketing and languages from Stavanger College.
