Egil Stokka joined HitecVision in 2001 from the position as Corporate Advisor in Marine Shuttle Operations, an oil service asset-based company. Since joining HitecVision he has worked on a range of investments, most recently responsible partner for Asset Buyout Partners, from its build-up through exit. He has now taken over the responsibility of compliance, including financial regulatory requirements and reporting to relevant financial supervisory authorities. Before joining HitecVision Egil spent several years as a lawyer at the law firms of Schjødt and Langangen & Engesæth. Egil holds a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo and an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
