Russell Negus is Executive Chairman of the Hillcore Group. He oversees the strategic direction of the company. Prior to founding Hillcore in 1995 Russell built two successful businesses. The first, in real estate development, established his expertise and knowledge in commercial and industrial real estate. The second, a nationwide consolidation of agricultural properties, provided an opportunity to develop his original ideas on creating value in mergers and acquisitions. At Hillcore, Russell has continued to develop his creativity and originality in transaction design while focusing on building best-in-class management teams and innovative value-creating business strategies.
