P.J. Gilbert Bio

P.J. Gilbert is a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Highview Capital. P.J. is a founding member of the Highview team and oversees all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, diligence and execution of new investments. P.J. currently serves on the Board of B&R Auto, Five Star Energy Services, National Fire & Safety, Safety Marking and Watterson. P.J. previously served on the Board of American Plastics. Prior to joining Highview, P.J. worked as a Vice President at JLL Partners, a New York-based private equity fund, where he executed investments across industrials, business services, healthcare and other sectors. Earlier in his career, P.J. was an Associate at Lightyear Capital and an investment banking Analyst at Bank of America. P.J. holds a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. with Honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. During his undergraduate years, he was a member of the University of Pennsylvania’s varsity lacrosse team.
