Nicoleta serves as a Vice President in Highlander’s Romanian private equity practice in Bucharest. In this capacity she focuses on leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and growth financings across a variety of industries. She is responsible for sourcing and assessing potential investment opportunities, managing due diligence, executing the transaction process and working closely with portfolio company management teams. Nicoleta joined Highlander in 2018 and has worked in investment banking in Romania for over thirteen years. She previously led the research department of ING Bank, later moving into other senior roles KBC Securities and UniCredit Securities. Over the past five years, she has been fully dedicated to advisory work; supporting international private equity funds, hedge funds and strategic acquirers.
